ELLEN MCAUSLAN in Dishonour

Dishonour is part of the Slung Low Shorts line up at the Slung Low HQ, The Holbeck Underground in Leeds. Set up by local television writers Lisa Holdsworth (Midsummer Murders, Call the Midwife etc) and Mark Cately (Eastenders, Casualty etc) Slung Low Shorts (SLS) showcases new short plays by experienced TV and film writers who are new to writing for theatre, or those making their scriptwriting debuts.

Ellen plays Margaret Thatcher in Dishonour by TV writer David Allison (BOY MEETS GIRL, Bedlam, The Case) which looks at the last year of Mrs Thatcher’s ‘reign’ when she insisted on pushing through a knighthood her close aides warn her against.
