Matt studied at City Academy, London. Since 2025 he has been cast as Peter in 'After The Flood', season 2 (Quay Street/ITV). He plays a lead role  as hitman ‘Marvin’ alongside Robert Davi in the forthcoming independent feature film 'Hit', due for a 2026 release. Matt has also appeared in other films and award winning short films including Infidelity (2023) and Second Face (2025). 

He has recently commercial credits for Lebara and Bet Victor  and a long list of other strong commercial roles including DPD and La-Z-Boy. 

Stage credits include the lead role in The Pitman Painters (Network Theatre, London) and a key role in The Father (Carriageworks Theatre, Leeds).
